As a Birth Doula I hold space and support Mothers and their partners in creating a specialized, empowering, birthing experience. I provide you with knowledge, tools, and experience to create peace and reassurance during your labor journey. I will be your constant support, reassurance, and guide through pregnancy, birthing, and immediate postpartum. I am honored and excited to be part of your Motherhood initiation~

What is a Doula?

CALM. COLLECTED. REASSURING. CONSISTENT. EXPERIENCED. SUPPORTIVE TO YOUR BIRTHING DESIRES~

A Doula is an experienced, calm and collected, birthing companion who provides psychological encouragement and physical assistance to the Birthing Mother and her partner/family. She works one on one with you during your pregnancy to create a close relationship focusing on your birthing desires. She will help you define your bithing vision while providing you with knowledge and tools. She is present to guide you through labor and birthing with techniques and guidance to create the most comfortable and memorable experience. She is a Mother's Reassurance and Support.

Services & Fees

It is my calling and honor to help guide you through your birthing journey. I will assist you while incorporating strategies from my trainings and experience in Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and Doula Trainings, Studies, and Experiences~ I am present to you during pregnancy, birthing, and immediate post partum.

BIRTH DOULA SERVICES INCLUDE:

Prenatal Visits (includes 2 visits)- each visit lasts between 1-2 hours. I assist you in creating a specialized birthing plan based on your desires, comforts, and vision. I provide training on how to navigate your birthing environment whether it be at home, in hospital, or birthing center. I will provide you with tools and practices on how to eliviate pain and cope with the process of discomfort during preganacy, birth, and postpartum.

On call 24 hours a day 2 weeks prior to your Expected Delivery Date until Baby is Born- Feel free to call me with any question anytime during our contract to work together.

Provide continuous dedicated support throughout labor, birth, and immediate postpartum I arrive at your home or meet you at your birthing center when labor begins and remain with you until baby is born. My constant attention and support remain with you through birth and 1-2 hours after baby is born.

1 Postpartum Visit and Phone check ins and availability for the first month of Postpartum I am passionate about helping parents ease into the transition of parenthood. I will help care for the new Mother as she heals and becomes familiar with mothering her new baby at home. I am here to answer questions, recap on the birthing experience, and offer tools on how to help mom heal safely and securely.

Fee: Birth Doula Package

Standard Fee for Doula package is $1,850.

I am passionate about providing Birthing Support to Mothers in all situations. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me to create a custom Doula Package and Price to meet your needs. Payments and Sliding scale may be an option depending on situation and availabilty.
